I’m a meditation teacher, mentor, and facilitator. My love of meditation began in 2006 when I attended my first ‘come and try’ session. I instantly knew this was what I had been missing. I was a bit pissed that nobody had ever taught me to meditate when I was younger.
Having suffered with poor mental health for most of my adult life, I had been relying on medication and mainstream therapies to get through with limited success. Meditation provides me with the tools to navigate strong and overwhelming emotions, to build resilience and cultivate compassion.
I am also a trained facilitator in Kiloby Inquiry (KI) – a self inquiry therapy that helps people to heal trauma and emotional blockages using advanced mindfulness and somatic awareness. This work has absolutely transformed my life and I want to share what I have learnt with others suffering with anxiety, depression or just the overwhelm of daily life.
