Somatic Mindfulness Program – June 2022


Somatic Mindfulness is the art of learning to be present with all of our experience so that we can stop running, distracting and avoiding our feelings. Using mindfulness as the foundation, this program will give you the tools to dissolve the deficiency stories and limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour. This hybrid programs brings together group learning, individual mentoring and 24/7 support to create real and lasting change.
