Sometimes it can take a while to understand why we feel the way we do. A personal consultation is a great way to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and provide a customised meditation program that is perfect for you. Consultations can be delivered over Zoom or in person. Meditation Mentoring Packages are the best way to engage. We offer 3 options.

About Agile Mind
Amanda Goodfellow is the founder of Agile Mind and facilitator of corporate programs, classes and retreats. She holds a Certificate in Meditation Teaching from Lifeflow Meditation Centre and and Advanced Certificate from The Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness. Amanda facilitates workplace meditation sessions that draw upon her own experience in corporate roles across a range of sectors including local government, associations and professional services.
