My initial rating of 2025 was ⭐ one star. The worst. Would not recommend.
This year has challenged me more than any other in my life.
But on further reflection, there have also been many ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star moments.
In fact, the hard things have made me change and re-examine the work I want to bring to the world.
I feel old, rigid self-imposed rules dropping away and sit in the terror of not knowing what takes its place. Sitting in discomfort like it’s an old rocking chair – rather than something to get rid of.
🤩 Anyway – let’s just say, it’s been pretty epic but here’s the highlight reel.
And to anyone else feeling old rules, structures, beliefs, ideologies, relationships or workplaces not fitting you anymore, I find dancing, screaming, naps, nature, meditation and long periods of silence helps find clarity.
Can’t wait to bring Agile Mind Meditation to life again in 2026.
