What is Somatic Mindfulness?
Somatic Mindfulness is the practice of building capacity and safety within your own body to hold
and experience whatever is arising. Using mindfulness as our foundation, we become aware of
the deficiency stories and limiting beliefs that influence all our behaviours, habits and decisions
and build capacity to process unresolved stress cycles that are keeping us feeling stuck.
Somatic Mindfulness shows us how to integrate all parts of ourselves, even those parts we have
been running from, with love and compassion. Equipped with these tools, you can feel confident
you have the skills to be with whatever life throws at you.

Over 8 sessions (4 x online sessions and 4 x one-on-one) we will cover:
